We create a fully customized program to get you on track with exercising, eating healthy and staying on track with reaching your goals. We help you to build a full lifestyle program that will keep you accountable so that you not only lose the weight but be able to keep it off as well. Customized nutrition plans, shopping lists and weekly food logs are included to keep you on track with eating right.
We work with clients to develop proper technique to maximize their results in the gym and minimize their risk of injury. Building a strong technical base and knowing correct form is crucial in muscle and strength building.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
We train athletes to improve their sports specific movements and skills. Improving agility, balance, foot speed and movement fundamentals are crucial for improving athletic abilities. We have extensive experience working with athletes of all levels and sports from youth to collegiate players to seniors.
We work with clients to overcome injuries, build strength & stability and prevent the risk of further injury. We begin by assessing a client’s overactive and underactive muscles groups and target any problem areas.
MYOFASCIAL / SOFT TISSUE WORK
We offer myofascial and soft tissue work for individuals struggling with pain from tight muscles and impinged joints. We work to improve mobility and flexibility and seek to reduce pain levels especially in areas like the neck and back.
